Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a flagship showroom; however, we do have an office warehouse where you can still visit and see our modish pieces.

How soon will I receive my pieces?

For on stock items, you can expect your orders to arrive within 3-5 business days. For pre-orders, it will be 3-5 business days upon restocking.

My order says it can't be shipped to my address. what do i do?

This is due your address being out side our delivery coverage. However we have delivered to customers outside our coverage area and can still assist you with that. We will be using 3rd party couriers to deliver straight to your door.

Hush Mattress Warranty

How does the 120-nights trial work?

It generally takes at least 30 days for the body to fully adjust with a new mattress. With this, we prepared a 120 nights trial to provide you the full experience our Hush Mattresses provides. If after 30 nights you found our mattress not fitting your needs, we will be glad to collect the mattress and provide you a full refund once approved by our quality assurance team.

It starts on the day of delivery. From the day you receive your Hush Mattress, you can test it risk free for 100 days.

How can I return my order on time?

When you want to return your order, simply email our customer service team and we will arrange the pickup of your order by our return partner at minimal cost from you. You will receive a refund within 14 days of the pickup and approval.

What condition do products have to be to be eligible for refund?

It is not necessary to keep the mattress in the box when returning your Hush Mattress, however, the products should be in good condition. This means that there should be no stains or damages on the mattress that is caused by the customer. Before a return is accepted, it will be subject to our review.

What is the coverage of the 10-year warranty?

This warranty is valid for the first 10 years of use, starting from the date you receive your new Hush Mattress, subject to the terms and conditions. If you experience any issues covered by the 10-year warranty, please contact our customer service team and provide corresponding photos of the affected product. We will replace your Hush Mattress with a brand new one.

The warranty covers the following:

  • Any permanent sags or dips that occur despite correct usage, provided the indentation is greater than 2.5cm and visible to the naked eye. Standard softening of the mattress after extensive use is not covered, and the warranty is deemed faulty only if a permanent indent is apparent.
  • Any cracks or hollows in the foam of your mattress. Please report these within the first 6 months of receiving your mattress to identify them as manufacturing faults. After this point, we are unable to determine if they were due to production errors or improper use, which will invalidate the 10-year warranty.
  • The mattress not inflating to the correct size once removed from its vacuum packaging. We adhere to the industry standard of a 2cm leeway across the length, width, and depth of the mattress. If the mattress has had sufficient time to inflate (two weeks) and is outside these dimensions, you will be entitled to an exchange of the mattress.
  • Cover damage, including damaged zips or faulty stitching resulting from improper manufacturing. If only the cover is damaged, we reserve the right to send a new replacement cover, rather than exchanging the mattress core, which remains undamaged. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear of the cover during its period of use.
