We accept preorders and reservations for our pieces. Here's how:

PREORDER ITEMS:

Our preordered products arrive 4-7 Weeks ETA unless stated - depending on item production/import delays etc.. We’ll keep you posted for any updates. 

No item change or cancellation once payment or down payment has been made.

Items are for pickup only. Local shipping is not included in the payment.

Our standard rate for Metro Manila Deliveries is P700 (subject to change)

DOWNPAYMENT:

A downpayment of 50% of the item's price is required to secure your pre-order. Payable via Bank Transfers or GCash.

BEFORE PAYING:

Ask for the invoice of the order to ensure that all details and orders were captured correctly. We will also email you the details of your order.

Proof of payment is required (screenshots or photos of deposit slip)

For bank Transfers, we highly encourage to use InstaPay for faster processing. We will only confirm the order once payment reflects in our account. Down payment is non-refundable unless item is unavailable to be fulfilled. 

UPON PAYMENT:

Upon confirmation of payment, we will reserve your order for you. Sit back and wait for your piece to arrive! 

ARRIVAL:

We will inform you via email/phone once your item is now ready for pickup/delivery. We charge P700 for Metro Manila deliveries. Outside Metro Manila delivery fees may vary based on shipping quotes.

RESERVATIONS:

We can reserve our on-hand item(s) for two (2) weeks with 50% down payment. Just send us a message on our Instagram or email us at sales@modishcave.com Reservation fee is non-refundable. If the balance is unpaid after two (2) weeks from the date of downpayment, your reservation will be forfeited without refund.
