Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

Orders are processed Mondays to Fridays. For orders received during weekends and holidays, it will be processed the next business day. Once you place your order via our website, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

The sales order contains the total amount for the items and the delivery charge. You may choose the mode of payment that is most convenient for you during checkout.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase (if paid using credit card).  

Payment for pending orders should be made within 7-days upon checkout from our website. Failure to confirm an order will result to automatic cancellation of the order.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Cancellation:

Customers are free to cancel the confirmed preorder with us within 3 days during placement of order thru written notice and mutual confirmation. Upon cancellation confirmation, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. If a customer’s situation changes, the delivery date may be rescheduled to an earlier or later date. An additional charge will apply if a customer requests a delivery date to be earlier than its original date.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@modishcave.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@modishcave.com and we will process a return/exchange claim on your behalf.

For Factory Defective Items:

Our team makes sure that you receive your items in great condition. However, we still advice our customers to check their items. 

We accept returns/exchanges for items within 7 days upon receipt. Please email and send photos to info@modishcave.com for us to evaluate your item. Once we confirm the item's defect, you will have an option to refund, replace the item or exchange it for another item of the same value. Our team will pick up your item at no cost.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a P1000 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. If you paid via bank deposit, we will coordinate with you via email on refunding your order.
